In this session I learnt about the basics of type, grid and how to calculate the measurements for type and how to identify a grid in a publication such as a newspaper. I started by trying to identify the grid in the sun newspaper but found it incredibly difficult so moved onto an Observer pull out that I found on the side in the studio.
