Ideas for Finishes for Front Cover

Just a couple of experiments, trying out some hand embossing and trying to emulate a spot varnish finish suing double sided tape. With the spot varnish I just wanted to try and get a feel for what it looked like. It turned out alright but I think I will experiment on a different range of stocks to see what results I gain. The main reason for trying these techniques out is that I would potentially include one of these processes into the finish of the front cover to my catalogue/guide.
